Exclusive Rights

Purchase Exclusive Rights to Any Unsold Beat in Our Catalog. (For Terms of Agreement, Please See Below)

 Lease Agreement

When leasing a Beat, the buyer has a right to profit off of 5,000 distributed copies (in the form of digital downloads or hard copies), 50,000 Streams from a Music Service (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.), and Unlimited YouTube views with no financial obligation to the producer. The buyer must site the producer where appropriate (example: in the description of a YouTube Video). Once any of the previously mentioned term limits have been reached, the buyer can contact us to further discuss promotion and progression of the track provided that Exclusive Rights have not already been purchased by another buyer. At any point during the lease, the buyer can return and purchase an Exclusive License as long as the Exclusive License is Available. Please note that under a lease, the Beat may be leased by several other users. To prevent this, an Exclusive Rights purchase is necessary. At the time of an Exclusive Rights Purchase, the beat is taken off the store and no longer distributed to anyone wishing to lease it.

Exclusive Rights Agreement

When purchasing exclusive rights to a Beat, the buyer gains sole ownership of the beat from that moment forward. No other buyers will be allowed to lease or purchase rights. The buyer has a right to profit off of 500,000 distributed copies (in the form of digital downloads or hard copies), 500,000 Streams from a Music Service (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.), and Unlimited YouTube views with no financial obligation to the producer.  Once any of the previously mentioned term limits have been reached, the buyer agrees to pay the producer $.10 for every additional dollar of profit on the finished track. The buyer also agrees to site the producer in YouTube video descriptions where appropriate (example: "Prod by OverTonez").
